Cake Pop Care

Once you have your cake, it's important to care for your desserts properly to maintain their integrity and freshness. To do that, PLEASE follow the guidelines below:

  1. Cakes must NOT be left in hot temperatures. Do not leave them in your car, anywhere in direct sunlight, outside on a hot day, etc. Your desserts should remain refrigerated until the day of serving. At that time, the cake pops should remain in a cool, dry area at or below room temperature (75 degrees).

  2. Cake pops will remain fresh up to five days in an airtight container.

  3. Cake pops will remain fresh up to 2 weeks if kept refrigerated in an airtight container.

  4. Cake pops will remain fresh up to 2 months if kept frozen in an airtight container.

**If cake pops have been refrigerated or frozen, allow them a couple hours at room temperature in an airtight container prior to serving. Taking cake pops directly from the refrigerator/freezer without allowing time in a sealed container to come to room temperature, chocolate may sweat. While this does not affect the flavor of the cake, it will affect its visual presentation.
